Fleets Lane, Poole
A new build of a single warehouse of 88,100 sq. ft, complete with new office space, service yard, car parking and landscaping with a pre-assessment of 74.70% to achieve BREEAM Excellent. The design stage was assessed and certified by the BRE at 75.80%. Post-construction work is ongoing.


Caxton Hill, Hertford
A new build development of 9 industrial units providing over 162,000 sq ft of warehousing and office space over an 8.75 acre site. The project initially set out to achieve BREEAM Excellent, however, the client wanted to push for Outstanding after the project had commenced on site. This was achieved thanks to a revised strategy incorporating a 420kWP PV array, leak detection on M&E equipment and rainwater harvesting tanks.
The initial design stage assessment target score to achieve Excellent was 73.58%. The upgraded assessment target for Outstanding was 89.78% , the final score achieved and certified by the BRE was 91%. Work on the post-construction assessment is ongoing.
